Network Nebraska - Billing and Rates

Network Nebraska uses the power of aggregation to lower individual pricing to client partners.
Many pricing elements are distance sensitive. As services that have static pricing attached are rolled out, the pricing will be posted to this page.
A price quote can be obtained by contacting the Network Nebraska Helpdesk
Network Nebraska has also taken great care to ensure that its services are E-rate eligible.
The E-rate or, more precisely, the Schools and Libraries Universal Service Support Mechanism provides discounts to assist most schools and libraries in the United States to obtain affordable telecommunications and Internet access. Discounts range from 20% to 90% of the costs of eligible services, depending on the level of poverty and the urban/rural status of the population served.
The E-rate supports connectivity - the conduit or pipeline for communications using telecommunications and/or the Internet. Schools who receive their connectivity to the Internet through Network Nebraska are eligible for E-rate discounts. Schools do not individually choose Network Nebraska as their Provider, rather, ESUs or consortiums of ESUs join Network Nebraska on behalf of their member schools. Schools should check with their local ESU to see if they are connected to Network Nebraska.
Information on the cost structure and billing issues associated with LB1208 implementation planning can be found here: http://www.networknebraska.net/billing_rates/CostStructureandBilling1208/
For more information about Nebraska E-Rate participation, please contact Nebraska Department of Education.
